Cancelation and Double Date Policy

• Canceling a double date twice with <24 hours' notice may freeze your membership unless you have valid reasons for cancellation approved by Doubles.

• Canceling 3+ times with <24 hours' notice or 4 times total may revoke your membership.

• A no-show (you and/or your partner) may also lead to a membership freeze unless you notify Doubles with a valid reason.

• Double Date Requests expire if they’re not answered within 72 hours.

• Frequent lack of response to Double Date Requests from other members puts your account at risk.

• The cost of the actual double date is not included in the subscription and is the responsibility of the couples to pay on-site.

• While locations can be selected within a Double Date Request, reservations and/or entry is not guaranteed and is the responsibility of Doubles members.

• You will receive a reminder for your double date organized through the Double Date Request - please confirm.

• Please show kindness and respect on double dates - and have fun!

Event Information

• Events will be announced via in-app banners and notifications - email, text and/or push - depending on your settings. 

• Attendance will be based on a first-come, first-served basis or an event application - the specific event will indicate how to acquire tickets and how attendance is determined.

• Ticket sales are not refundable at this time. 

Doubles Social Photo Guidelines

Whether you're uploading a couple photo or an individual shot, great photos help you get better matches and more meaningful couple connections. These simple do’s and don’ts make sure your profile is inviting, safe, and reflective of who you are as a couple. 

Do:

• Make sure you and your partner are clearly visible. No blurry faces.

• Smile or show warmth: Friendly, approachable personalities get noticed.

• Use a recent photo ideally taken in the last 12 months.

• Use good lighting: Natural daylight is recommended but not required.

• Capture your interests. Include photos doing things you love.

Don’t:

• Upload group shots (no one should be guessing who’s who).

• Post photos with heavy filters, Snapchat effects, or text overlays.

Not Allowed – Strictly Prohibited Photos

To keep the community respectful and safe, we do not allow photos that include:

• Sexually explicit or suggestive content

• Nudity or implied nudity

• Violence, weapons, or aggressive behavior

• Illegal substances, drug use, or paraphernalia

• Hate symbols, offensive gestures, or discriminatory content

• Children alone or without partners present

• Animals in distress or unsafe settings

• Screenshots of other apps or unrelated memes

• AI-generated faces or fake imagery

Posting inappropriate content may result in content removal or account suspension.
